Fall Lip Reset Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The Fall Lip Reset Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Lip Puckers LLC, 11799 Sebastian Way, Suite 103, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 ("Sponsor"). Contact: Hello@lippuckers.com.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("Entry Period").

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older and at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and administrators of the Giveaway, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

Submit the giveaway entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Existing email subscribers may enter. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and does not improve the odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) Exfoli8me Lip Scrub, Peach Mango, 0.5 oz. — $22
  • One (1) Lip Brush in the winner's choice of black or white — $3 (only one brush is included, even though promotional photos may show two; color preference will be confirmed when the winner confirms their shipping address)
  • One (1) Hydra8me Lip Mask, 7 mL — $21
  • One (1) Honest Vinyl Lip Gloss — $25

Total retail value: $71.

No cash alternative and no winner-requested transfer or substitution of the prize. Any applicable taxes are the winner's sole responsibility.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on October 12, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted at the email address provided at entry and will have 72 hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected. Eligibility will be verified before the prize is awarded.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs within the eligible area. No payment is required to claim the prize.

8. Privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails will be sent only according to the entrant's consent selections and existing subscription preferences. Questions: Hello@lippuckers.com.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this Giveaway.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
