            **Damages and Issues**

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item within 48 hours of receipt. 
We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

We reserve the right to refuse return shipments, refunds and exchanges at our discretion.
